Sega Genesis

Hailed as the world's first "true" 16-bit game system, the Sega Genesis sold thousands of units within weeks of its Christmas '89 release in the US. At that time, the Turbo Grafx-16 was the only other 16 bit system on the block, and Sega's library of superb arcade translations and innovative sports games gave it the edge to completely dominate the US console market for just under three years. Despite the (long awaited) introduction of the Super Nintendo, the Genesis continued to delight its legions of fans with titles such as Sonic the Hedgehog, and the vast storage capacity of the Sega CD.

Genecyst V.32
This emulator runs 90-95% of all Genesis games. It runs at top speed and has very good sound. This is my emulator of choice, although KGen runs a few other ROMs that this one can't. Genecyst has a great menu driven interface and is fairly simple to setup for beginners. This emulator was programed by Bloodlust Software and all questions concerning it should be forward to them.

Sega ROMs to come soon!
